Experience the unique opportunity to blend your own wine under the experienced guidance of Daniel Binet and the winemaking crew. Participate in a winery tour, learn about the wine making process, and complete the day by blending your own wine.
Daniel will guide you through this process and explain why the blending of different varieties and regions’ is conducted. Upon conclusion of your educational class, you will put your knowledge to the test, individually creating your own original blend of wine to be judged by our expert wine panel.
The fun then begins as you enjoy drinking your newly blended wine over a gourmet picnic hamper. This 3-hour package costing $120 per person, will be held on Saturdays first Saturday of each month or by special request 10am-12 noon light lunch to follow.
