Binet Family Wines is a family-run winery built on patience, curiosity and a genuine love of the craft. Every bottle that leaves our hands carries our history, our decisions and the hours we’ve spent perfecting our wines. We’re not a mass-production outfit. We’re the opposite. We’re the kind of winery where every vintage is deliberated over, tasted, debated and refined so that what you take home is something worth sharing.
Our story
Binet Family Wines began with a simple idea: make wine with intention, not volume. Over the years our family has grown, our knowledge has deepened and our respect for the land has only strengthened. Our wines reflect the place we call home and the people behind every stage of the process. It’s history in a bottle, handcrafted by people who genuinely care about what they do.
Celebrating life with you
Wine is a celebration of life. It marks moments, milestones, long lunches, quiet nights and everything in between. Our favourite part of what we do isn’t just making wine. It’s sharing it. It’s the conversations across the tasting bar, the weddings, the anniversaries, the families who return year after year. Building community through wine is at the heart of our business.
Behind the scenes
From the vineyard to the cellar, every step is overseen by our family. We value sustainable practices, gentle handling and techniques that bring out the best of each varietal. Our winery is a place of constant tasting, tweaking, learning and refining. It’s where tradition meets innovation and where no detail is too small.
Alongside crafting our own wines, we also partner with a select group of boutique vineyards to produce small-batch wines under their labels. This arm of our business has grown quietly over the years and has become a trusted part of the Hunter Valley community. We bring the same level of care, craft and consideration to these wines as we do to our own.
Our craft
This is where we stand apart. Every block, barrel and blend gets our full attention. Daniel personally oversees each stage of the winemaking process, from vineyard to bottle, constantly tasting, refining and improving. Natalie keeps the business grounded and ensures our family values run through everything we do.
We think things through. We take the long route when it’s the right route. We don’t cut corners because great wine comes from care, not speed.
