Spring is one of our favourite times of year in the Hunter Valley. The vines are bursting back to life, the days are getting longer, and it’s the perfect time to gather around the table with good food, great wine and even better company.
This September, we’d love you to join us for The Winemaker’s Table – Spring Release 2026.
Hosted by Daniel and Natalie Binet, this relaxed long lunch is your chance to be among the first to taste our new spring wine releases while enjoying a seasonal menu overlooking the Brokenback Ranges at The Barn, Pokolbin Hill.
Daniel will share the stories behind the wines, what made the vintage unique, and a few tales from life in the winery. There’ll be plenty of time to slow down, enjoy each course, and spend an afternoon with fellow wine lovers.
